Welcome to Nostrum Education Network Uganda ("Nostrum", "we", "us", or "our").

Nostrum Network is an education-focused platform that may provide school directories, school profiles, school mapping and location services, education publications and magazines, digital services, promotional services, advertising opportunities, educational resources and other related services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nostrumnetwork.com, our digital platforms and any services provided by Nostrum Network.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, submitting information to, or purchasing services through Nostrum Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

"Nostrum"

Means Nostrum Education Network Uganda and its authorised representatives.

"Website"

Means nostrumnetwork.com and any associated Nostrum digital platforms.

"User", "you" or "your"

Means any person accessing or using the Website or our services.

"School"

Means a primary school, secondary school, nursery school, tertiary institution or other educational organization listed or featured on Nostrum.

"School Profile"

Means information about a school published on the Nostrum platform.

"Directory"

Means the collection of school and education-related listings published through Nostrum.

"Content"

Means text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, articles, advertisements, school information, documents and other materials submitted to or published on the platform.

"Services"

Means any products, subscriptions, advertising, listings, publications, digital services or other services provided by Nostrum.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Website, you confirm that:

You have read these Terms.
You understand these Terms.
You agree to comply with them.
You will use the Website lawfully.
Information you provide to Nostrum is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You have the authority to submit information or content on behalf of a school or organisation where applicable.

If you are using Nostrum on behalf of a school, company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Nostrum Services

Nostrum may provide some or all of the following services:

4.1 Nostrum Directory

A directory containing information about schools and education-related organisations.

4.2 Nostrum Maps

Location and mapping services that may display school addresses, GPS coordinates and geographical information.

4.3 Nostrum Magazine

Educational and school publications featuring student achievements, school activities, education stories, skills, careers, sports and other content.

4.4 Nostrum Digital

Digital services designed to help schools improve their online visibility, communication, marketing and digital presence.

4.5 School Profiles

Schools may request or be invited to create profiles containing information such as:

4.6 Advertising and Promotion

Nostrum may provide advertising, sponsorship and promotional opportunities to schools, companies, organisations and other approved partners.

School Listings

Nostrum may obtain school information directly from schools, public sources, authorised representatives or other sources.

A school may request:

Creation of a school profile.
Correction of information.
Updating of its profile.
Addition or removal of authorised content.
Changes to contact information.
Updates to its location information.

Important Notice

Nostrum will make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate. However, schools are responsible for informing Nostrum when important information changes.

Nostrum does not guarantee that all information contained in a school listing will always be complete, accurate, current or error-free.

Additional Terms

Additional provisions governing the use of Nostrum Network services may apply, including provisions relating to accounts, subscriptions, payments, advertising, intellectual property, user content, school responsibilities, limitation of liability, termination, applicable law and dispute resolution.
